The Colonial Automotive Group takes your health and safety as our number one priority. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 Virus. As we navigate through this difficult time, we will follow guidance from the CDC, and we will focus on what we can control to provide you the best service possible.

As of March 25th, 2020 all Colonial Automotive Group dealerships will remain open for business with the following changes. Sales will be available to assist you with your vehicle needs. For our valued sales customers shopping online, our sales staff will assist in any way remotely to ensure your vehicle needs can be met. Our sales team members are prepared to work with you on any finance needs and value your trade-in at your home or office. Please contact us by email, text or phone. The Service and Parts centers will remain open Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM for your service needs.
We want to assure our sales and service customers and employees, that we are closely monitoring all recommendations made by the CDC, as these are updated daily. Below are some adjustments we have made:
1. As a convenience to our service customers, we will pick up and drop off your vehicle at your home or office. Your vehicle will be cleaned and disinfected before service and again before it is dropped back off.
2. Additionally, our facilities, door handles, knobs, points of exit/entry are being cleaned throughout the day.
3. In addition, we have asked our team members to limit handshakes, fist bumps and to follow the guidelines of “social distancing”.
